The -vv option should extend the -v flag, meaning that if the -vv flag is provided, all messages that would be displayed as a result of -v, should implicitly appear on the screen. See the screenshot below. The error message is also misleading, because it suggests that the template was not found at the provided location, whereas this is not the case.
