Questions about PXP

1. Is PXP a superset of PHP (similar to the relationship between TypeScript and JavaScript), or will it be a standalone programming language?
2. Is PXP a dynamically interpreted language like PHP, or is it more like Java where the code is compiled into intermediate code and then runs on a virtual machine? Or is it similar to Go, which compiles the code directly into executable binary files?
3. Will PXP be compatible with the PHP ecosystem?

Hey @viilon, great questions! I'll answer them one-by-one.

1. PXP (the project) started off as a superset of PHP, but really my focus has switched from a superset to a set of high-performance tools for the PHP ecosystem.
2. The superset language started as a transpiled language, so it generated fast and valid PHP code that could be executed by existing tools on the market (PHP-FPM, etc).
3. Yes.
