Vibrate like church bells in germany (Europe) (maybe elsewhere idk) #26

So most bells here work like this: you have two tones. One for hours one fore quarter hours.

In between hours only the quarter bells make sound.

e.G:

3PM = low bell 3 times
3:30Pm = high bell 2 times
3:45PM = high bell 3 times
4:00PM = low bell 4 times
...

Low bell long vibration and high bell short vibration maybe?
