Feature request: mask, crop, zonal, etc. with Extent

This would be nice to have! It would probably also be solved if Extent had a GI.RectangleTrait, but that's a more long term thing since it doesn't exist yet.

I guess the easiest thing to do would be to convert the extent to a GI.Polygon.
