Probably no one works on that plugin anymore :(

@hrw Don't know if you're still interested in this, but I've fixed this on my own fork of this project here: https://github.com/PhasecoreX/pelican-minify. Works with Python3 and the latest Pelican version!

The only difference, besides it working correctly, is that you would have to manually clone it instead of getting it from pypi.

I hacked away a few extra things in the process (pypi stuff, Travis CI stuff, parallel workers, etc.), thinking this project was abandoned. Later today I'll look into fixing that up and making a pull request.

Made a pull request here: #15
It fixes this issue, along with some others that are Python3 specific.
