Fixed Portrait SVG doesn't render all pages #77

The test file renders all the pages (and works in iBooks) but one page isn't properly linked from the TOC. Probably an authoring issue, but I'll have to look at it. Logging an issue so we don't lose it. This was originally Bugzilla bug #31

Original bug file was 8_Fixed_Portrait_SVG.epub from Kathy Alley at Bluefire. PLatform is not known - probably iOS

File DOES NOT pass EPUB check. Apparently there are path issues in the EPUB. Not worth investigating. Closing as Not A Bug.
