When one is viewing a reflowable EPUB on the iPad, pinching allows one to zoom the document, which then can be panned. This should not work. If anything, pinching and spreading should change the font-size, but this is not yet supported.

So the expected behaviour is that pinching and zooming a reflowable doc should do nothing.

Note that this behaviour is probably also present on Android, but this has not been checked yet.

Also note that an EPUB can have a mixture of reflowable and fixed spine items, so this behaviour needs to be enabled on a per-spine-item basis.

This bug should be re-tested to verify that it has not been fixed. Also Android needs to be checked.
