base44_and_m2w64-ucrt build error

Hi! The regro-cf-autotick-bot PR for r-base44_and_m2w64-ucrt failed for my project (slim-feedstock) with an error:

 The C compiler

    "C:/Program Files/LLVM/bin/clang.exe"

  is not able to compile a simple test program.

and subsequent errors. The full log is at:

I'm unfamiliar with this process, so I'm not sure what, if anything, I'm expected to do now. I was planning to submit a new version of my project quite soon; I hope this problem won't impact my release. It would be nice if the PR text contained more detail about this sort of thing, for those who are on the clueless side like me. :-> Thanks for any clarification!
