Issue:

Attempting to import using foundry import plugin is non-functional

Proposed Solution:

Remove option to create foundry export until/unless the plugin is taken by another developer, or HadaIonut decides to take development up again.

Additional information:

HadaIonut mentioned their intention to hand-off the plugin, and cease development on the foundry plugin in this comment:
HadaIonut/EEEG-importer#13 (comment)

As mentioned earlier, the plugin does not function on the latest foundry versions.
