Bug description

Filter by the recipient for the outgoing tx works only for the native token
Support ticket - 5afe/safe-support#179

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: any

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to History
2. Filter outgoing tx by the recipient

Current result: only outgoing tx with native tokens are displayed.
This is the know problem from the safe-react - 5afe/safe-react#3870 (comment) that was not solved

Expected result

Make sure that all outgoing tx to the entered recipient are displayed
