"could not execute query" when trying to upgrade from 12 to 15 #167

While trying to upgrade from 12 to 15 I'm getting this error:

pg_restore: error: could not execute query: ERROR:  column reference "query" is ambiguous
LINE 15:          SELECT "postgres_pg_stat_activity_autovacuum"."quer...

pg_upgrade_dump_16401.log

This is for a GitLab installation.
