Restore Backup button disappears when scrolling, which is a little confusing

When restoring apps in the selective restore screen, if the list is long enough, and you scroll down, the "Restore backup" button disappears. You need to scroll up a little bit for it to reappear.

I know that screen space is precious, but this is a little confusing. One thought I had was that if the button is going to get hidden like this, scrolling to the bottom of the list would ideally make the button show back up. Other than that, maybe there are some other apps that could serve as a good reference for how to handle this. Launcher3 in CalyxOS shows the "Turn off work apps" button at all times on the work tab, if a work profile is present. I wonder what other apps do...?
