When an attempt to restore a backup "fails" - whether it is corrupted, no backups are found, or whatever else - provide some kind of positive path forward. This could include providing more useful information to the user about the failure, allowing them to save logs, and/or directing them somewhere for support, or something else. Currently, users are left with no idea what to do next.

Since the user might be in the setup wizard at the time, that may present a challenge in terms of what we want to allow them to be able to do, until the wizard is finished. This is a shame because that's obviously one of the most common places a restoration would fail, but I'm open to ideas.
