An increasing number of Shoes::Swt::* tests rely on having a realistic app/gui/real setup mocked for them. Lots of these tests are getting copies of similar blocks of configuration, which is cluttering up the tests.

It would be great to create a shared context for use across these tests for more consistency, less duplication, and simpler tests.

I'm working on this. It is greatly simplifying test setup and will allow for much faster refactoring. Nice idea!
