Hi, thanks for this great project!

I maintain a fork of openmaptilers's OSMBright vector tiles style that focusses on bicycle infrastructure: https://github.com/leonardehrenfried/cyclo-bright-gl-style

The problem is that openmaptiles doesn't really contain anything about bicycle infrastructure and I invented the schema additions mostly myself.

Is there an interest in getting this into Shortbread?

I would expect that at least some tags won't fit into the "basic, lean, general-purpose vector tile schema". But I'm interested to look into that in detail. I'm currently preparing a talk for SotM Europe about extending Shortbread and your use case is exactly what I had in mind.
