Allow fancy symbols in Windows 10 command prompt #7

Windows 10 now has a Unicode terminal by default, hooray!

It'd be great if figures could detect this and use fancy symbols on it. I filed an issue with Inquirer, a library that uses figures, and I was directed here: SBoudrias/Inquirer.js#267

Node and io.js's OS version detection is broken on Windows. 👍

I'll submit a patch and then get back to this.

This should be fixed assuming this PR is pulled: nodejs/node#2332

I'll build a pull request for figures tomorrow incorporating this as well.
