[Data grid] [Behaviour] Bulk Actions

Introduction

Users can perform batch actions on multiple table items simultaneously. When an item is selected, a bulk actions bar switches between the headers row, offering actions to apply to all selected items. This enhances efficiency by reducing the need to repeat actions on individual items. In bulk mode, single action icons and overflow menus on each row should be disabled.
