My name is Andrew. In the early weeks of 2022 I was reading over some of Einstein's work for probably the 15th time when I had a realization. Einstein made an assumption that appeared more likely before our observations regarding cosmic inflation, but in the context of this inflation, a mathematically similar but different geometry can describe all of our observations regarding relativity, without the need to dilate time, therefore preserving synchronicity.

I began to work on this model, and was so consumed by this theory that I left work as a developer to live in my car with my puppy while refining this theory of relativistic geometry. Over that time I became frustrated with existing note taking options, and after about a year, I began to develop my own. That app grew and grew to accommodate my growing needs to become a truly all-in-one note taking and research application that could meet the needs of modern academics and students.

As my theory closed in on being publication ready, I began to work on remodeling the application I built for myself to serve a much wider user base. That application will be launched in 2024, with a $\beta$ planned for late summer, and an $\alpha$ by winter.

This remodel re-works my application, originally built for personal use but now abbreviated ULLD to be focused around a build script and ecosystem of React components, themes and mdx parsers, which in turn generates an application unique to an individual user's configuration file.

The plan for ULLD is to make it a plug-and-play ecosystem for all sorts of academic React components, which can then be added to a user's application by simply adding the name of that package to their application's config. The app itself is built on top of Next and React, with a backend that also supports Python execution, and has a developer template that allows developers to build a component or additional parser to extend the core of ULLD with minimal knowledge beyond that of React and Next. Even developers only familiar with Tailwind or css can create themes for ULLD easily.

Future plans for ULLD include AI and ML integrations for solving complex math and physics problems, as well as the development of features designed to be used in a classroom setting in a manner that encourages co-operation and teacher-student engagement.

Thank you for considering supporting ULLD. You can learn more about the application here, including a short summary of my own work that led to the creation of this application.
