Tables are too slow to load

Especially the Libraries tables seem to be quite slow to load because of its big amount of data. Perhaps adding some lazy loading functionally, or pagination should do the work.

I currently cannot reproduce this issue. Although I understand the problem, I have too little access to STRV repositories in order to simulate it.

I would like for someone to see if this continues to be a problem on the recent deployments, specially with the new decouple API (#38 & #45).

I would recommend not prioritizing performance issues, unless someone has an actual problem with performance.
