cannot save file in mac 14.4.1 system #6462

Description of the bug

cannot click any button in this window, except for press esc to exit. try again and again.

Steps to reproduce

press command + N, open a new file
input same content, any.
press command + s, save file
neither cannot choose dir and click save button. bug!

Expected behavior

normal save the file
