ALT+cursor up/down to move line #6480

Problem description

By default ALT+cursor up/down is unassigned, might as well put it to good use and use it to move selected lines up/down

Preferred solution

use ALT+cursor up/down arrows to move selected lines up/down

Alternatives

it would be a shorter alternative to CTRL+SHIFT+cursor up/down,
but still keeping both options.

The goal is to be intuitive as possible out of the box.

Sublime Text is a highly customizable editor. You can easily add or override key bindings to make it your editor. There's no need to change long living defaults which many users got used to.

I actually use alt+up/down to move quickly between paragraphs. So it isn't neccessarily unused binding.

I fully agree not to change the default binding.
But there is nothing wrong having a 2nd default binding for the same function, especially if many e.g. Eclipse+VSCode users will try that out of the box.
