encoding in html mails is broken if it is the only content of the email #3

If an email has only a html body, but not a text-body or any other attachments, then it will be added as plain in the resulting gpg attachement, with incorrect boundary and no mime-type

an easy solution is to add a plaintext version to the mail, but will be fixed soon(ish)
