Docs: Scrollbar behind header

Describe the bug

For pages with a lot of content, the scrollbar becomes so small it can be entirely hidden behind the header.
Svelte and Kit docs have this issue, though maybe only Kit has long enough pages.

Reproduction

See the SvelteKit types docs for example.
(Maybe adjust zoom or window height if you have a gigantic screen.)

I'm experiencing this issue as well. Also, It's not possible to interact with the scrollbar track and buttons.
