tdm-config field names don't match IotaWatt #4

tdm-config provides a view that shows all the required settings to connect the various supported sensor types to the edge device. For the IotaWatt, the reported field names don't match the ones provided by IotaWatt.

Specifically, instead of "InfluxDB Server" and "InfluxDB Port" we should have "Server URL" showing a fully qualified URL (e.g., "http://tdm-edge-12345.local:8088")
