Issue with libraries with non-commercial licence

Hi all, can someone help here in a scenario that I encountered recently?
Nvidia source code license NC is found in a few files as a part of a library (under Apache V2.0). This poses a serious risk, as Nvidia is particular about Non-commercial usage. Removing these files from the entire application makes the testing and build fail. Is replacing the entire library the only option? Can anyone give me some leads?

Have you determined that the files with Nvidia's license end up in released binaries of the project? They may only be needed for building and testing,

Hi Thomas, this functionality is an integral part of the application as it depends on Nvidia pre-trained models and source code. The only option is to look for a commercial alternative.
