Increase file name length limit? #109

TubeHost doesn't have any restriction, so the max length should be raised for TubeHost volumes.

Maybe DFS-type BeebLink volumes should support longer names too.

Would need to do a pass on the *CAT/*EX/*INFO "layout" logic.
