Beeb files with no .INF need to have a Beeb-style name, e.g., $.FRED. FRED is no good!

But maybe it'd be OK to treat FRED as $.FRED.

Ignore *.inf for these purposes, I suppose? So .inf files (of any kind...) are just invisible to the Beeb.
