According to NuGet/Home#7752, microsoft plans to implement a structured way to read all installed packages. This command would be even better suited to be used in this application than what is done in https://github.com/tomchavakis/nuget-license/tree/v3.0.0-alpha.

Using the json output is not feasible for nuget license, as dotnet cannot handle c++ projects or .net framework
