"Join the community" button on the homepage changes to "Explore the community" without logging in after navigating to Community page and coming back

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open https://topcoder.com in private window in Safari Browser
2. Make sure you are not logged in
3. Notice the "Join the Community" button on the banner
4. Click on "The Community" menu item in the header
5. Click on the topcoder icon to comeback to homepage
6. Notice the buttons on the banner shown on homepage

Expected behavior
If the user has not logged in, homepage should show "Join the Community" button on the banner image
