Improve gl js webpack support #5

Currently GL JS is firmly tied to browserify with dependency on their Glify module. Currently using webpack script loader as a workaround to include the GL JS library but it is not optimal. See mapbox/mapbox-gl-js#1649

While it may not be possible to directly import gl-js yet there are a number of intermediate options that may be available. The script loader is basically a last resort.
