Why is uWS.DeclarativeResponse not found in documentation and examples?

I see. Is it used to serve static assets like CSS or SVG? I'm afraid I misuse it. This is how I use it:

import uWS from 'uWebSockets.js'

uWS.App().get(
      '/jis8.css',
      new uWS.DeclarativeResponse()
        .writeHeader('Content-Type', 'text/css')
        .end(file)
    )

It will be a good idea but right now not very good for very large files.
