Update of search

When the user search for one major with 0 results, and then search for another major which also have 0 results, there needs to be some visual clue that the search have been performed - right now nothing changes visually, which may make the user doubt whether a new search was actually performed.

Also need to correct text of search bar to something other than "Search for a Major"
