Feature Request - Enhance Text for accessibility

Hi All!,
This issue is referencing my pull request #885 as I feel it would be necessary for your opinions here, to whether this is an appropriate enhancement for the site or not.

My enhancement Idea was to allow text to be zoomed in and out for users to allow for extra accessibility on the up-for-grabs website. This can be implemented using JavaScript to increment and reduce the font size referenced in the css file under the body tag. font sizes should not be reduced under 11px to allow for the readability of the site to be kept to a reasonable size.

It would be nice to have a little extra accessibility on the site, although im aware that font size can be altered in browser settings, but let me know your thoughts!

HI there, I'm a certified 508 accessibility tester! I don't think it's necessary to add a function like this so long as the site is usable at 200% zoom. You don't need to scale the text so long as the browser or mobile device has the ability to increase the zoom on the site.
