Header stable

Describe the feature

When the specific button on header is clicked the page gets navigated and once again if the user need to move to other page or to the home page there is no way to move hence i will make the header to be stable so that user can use the icons on the header to move to the other pages.

this page is visible when the navigation button is clicked but there is no header visible to navigate to the other pages i will make changes accordingly
