For personal reasons. If you were on top of things, you'd know nobody uses Photoshop since 10 years. Thats how i brand myself, and like doing for client work not being a codemonkey. Trying to pivot to IoT stuff, and have worked towards that. Did you notice latest ESPHome release broke NSPanel component in esp-idf? Did you fix it? I did :) because I coudn't stand 1 of my 40 odd devices being broke :'( Some OC, some modified, some for fun, all for personal use and practice. Credentials and portfolio incoming, if you even still didn't find my HA forum posts argument 🥹 |

Funny internet utopia-man. If you find this, you are welcome to have a warm covfefe with me and talk about how things like coffee and software were free in soviet Russsia. I know from experience, was occupied. My ideals were strong, but her hands were stronger, so i liberated the fefes from hostage with only 2 dolers. 💸
You do realize 95% of stuff you use and think of free and open-souce are made not by the single basement hacker, but employees of not-for-profit (or for profit, and in their interests) companies. Espressif, Arduino, and yea Nabu Casa are all in it because they turn a profit from it. I use esp-idf because i want, espressif keeps a loyal customer base. Nabu gets a kopek for cloud.
Fact-check: all except 2 things (like 10s) besides client work, I've made public are not open and free. Visit my forum profile. And change forums in general, bad vibes there.
All means to recreate the components are within your grap. I even organized the datasheets here so you dont need to google.
And thanks for the rubla, kind stranger!
