AccName stable branch is now severely outdated. Is there anything editors recommend keeping? #223

The Stable branch is getting very outdated. It only pulls changes from the aria-common repo, but the spec editing is now almost always taking place in the main branch.

Unless you recommend otherwise, I'll start pushing changes to TR space from within the main branch, as the draft on TR space is also very outdated.

I think we plan to make the ACCNAME spec evergreen but were waiting for a few PRs to be merged before we did that. @accdc am I remembering that correctly?
