Die Readme im root-Verzeichnes gehoert noch zum Theme... Wir sollten die Seite anpassen und eher ueber das WahlBilanz.de-Projekt informieren...

Vielleicht macht es sogar auch Sinn weitere Readmes in den anderen Verzeichnissen erstellen?

Die Lizenz ist auch noch ein Ueberbleibsel aus dem originalen Theme... Sollten wir mit CC-BY-SA ersetzen...
