Embedding wasmer execution with wapm module dependencies

I read the docs about embedding wasmer and was curious if package management with wapm could also be part of an embedded wasmer execution? Whether dynamically imported or imported and wired explicitly before executing a wasm module, is this possible?

use case:
Userland wasm module to be executed in an embedded wasm runtime depends on api distributed with wapm
