[Feature] 推荐页使用类似热门页UI，或者三列卡片，适配小号平板 #1473

原因

在小号平板上使用HD版空间局促，HD版使用会莫名卡顿，使用play版的推荐页面卡片过大，导致每屏容纳不到6个视频，看起来别扭并且密度过低

现有的两种推荐的布局模式：

双列模式：

单列模式：

功能简述

实现类似biliYou中的多列显示推荐，或者类似热门的布局

biliYou三列布局：

推荐页布局

功能逻辑

加上首页推荐列数选择，与原有调整封面比例功能合并，以及可以选择切换为热门布局
