Tree drag+drop only works on expanded/loaded tree nodes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start dragging a note
2. Try to drop it somewhere

Step 2 only works if the two nodes around the drop location are expanded or loaded into the tree.

FancytreeNode@<ID>[title='<title>'] Drop over unloaded target node prevented. is logged to the frontend console (mar10/fancytree#988).

I'm using the latest version 0.45.8.

Hi, I think this is very similar to #1587 which should be fixed in master (future 0.46).
