Run schema checks on create

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The schema of packages should be checked on create. If there is an error it should stop the package from being built, and print the errors in a clean table to users.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Given I have a zarf.yaml with schema errors
• When I run zarf package create
• Then my package create fails and I get the lint output
