This would also allow the job to be scheduled on e.g. the 5th of every month at 10pm local. Auto-run, because it only needs to be done once monthly. --Issue suggested by Sal Rivas of Phoenix.

Using at least the T-SQL function GETDATE() and maybe DATEADD as well.

S.H. is looking into it as of today, 2024-02-09 & will let us know if it is successful.
