Some indication that at the Seattle site, a GI telephone note maybe satisfied an exclusion criterion. Basically, possible false negative trigger. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. Clearly in-person GI visit should satisfy. Note title = "GASTROENTEROLOGY TELEPHONE CONTACT NOTE". Not sure of the stop code. Can't say date or patient info due to identifiers.
