Webpack 5 support

Hi folks,

It seems mocha-webpack doesn't support beyond webpack 4. I don't know what's needed beyond bumping a version somwhere.

I just developed and released instant-mocha, a mocha-webpack/mochapack alternative, with Webpack 4 & 5 support.

I plan on actively maintaining it so feel free to try it out and leave feedback if you're interested.

Webpack 5 support has also been added to mochapack - a fork of mocha-webpack by @jayaddison @skjnldsv and @sodatea and released in mochapack@2.1.0
