DepositTradeOfferUserHandler#OnNewTradeOffer isn't detecting new trades.
I've sent trade offer and confirmed it via Steam Desktop Authenticator yesterday but bot still didn't do anything about it. I have linked authenticator.

I had the same problem once.

In my case, i forgot to put the right API code for my bot.. try to regenerate the steam api code on your bot account and reaplace it on your settings.json.
