But I cannot seem to iterate the process over the entire list of SigDF's. Is there a way to do this or get the mean rank or something like that?
I have tried to use the "lapply" function, but I'm not the best at it. All help will be deeply appreciated
Thanks

Hi
I have 78 SigDFs in a list called "s" and have calculated the QC objects for all using the openSesame pipeline:
sesame_QC <- openSesame(s, prep="", func=sesameQC_calcStats)
I would now like to do some quality control on these SigDFs and ranking them against public datasets. I can do this individually to each SigDF thus:
sesameQC_rankStats(sesame_QC_d$'204860510048_R06C01', platform="EPIC")
But I cannot seem to iterate the process over the entire list of SigDF's. Is there a way to do this or get the mean rank or something like that?
