Description

When a transaction reversion occured, the transaction remained pending

Reported here.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Execute a transaction in Safe, confirming it in MM
  2. Cancel execution transaction in MM
  3. Transaction remains pending in session

Expected result

The pending transaction should clear and the status revert to that form the CGW.

Obtained result

The pending status persists

If the eth transaction hash is populated after executing, many people can get around this error
