What happened?

The user reported that he is getting the error QUEUED - TRANSACTION WITH NONCE 1 NEEDS TO BE EXECUTED FIRST and Transaction failed to add to the queue please try again; error 422 upon execution even if it is already showing that it has been executed on March 30.

• The user already tried on both browsers using Metamask extension
• Already changed RPC and reset Metamask
