Transaction failed to add to the queue please try again; error 422

Description

The user reported that he is getting the error QUEUED - TRANSACTION WITH NONCE 1 NEEDS TO BE EXECUTED FIRST and Transaction failed to add to the queue please try again; error 422 upon execution even if it is already showing that it has been executed on March 30.

The user already tried on both browsers using Metamask extension
Already changed RPC and reset Metamask

Reproduction steps

1. create and fully sign 10 txs ( I used transfer ERC20 )
2. start to execute one tx by one

Current result: The tx is presented as executed in the History, but still blocks the queued for the next tx execution in the queue list

Expected behavior

Executed and indexed tx should be returned in the history and should not block queued list.

@liliya-soroka, can you test this again? After queuing 10 fully signed transactions, I was able to execute them immediately after each other without issue.
