Working Web App

Web app now serves at https://dhsdev-ticktock.appspot.com.

It can...

• Get data from and send data to the server.
• Work on mobile (although poorly optimized right now, in terms of performance).
• Work offline with service worker, although it can't write data.

Serving

API is now serving at https://dhsdev-ticktock.appspot.com/.

Minimum Viable Product

The API is not fully tested, but it is ready to be hooked up to a client.
